I like short walks into coffee shops, long discussions on the plot of any film distributed by A24, and flying to NYC to see a Broadway show.
I knew when I was twelve years old that I wanted to work in television and I feel so very lucky to be doing what I love. I am currently a weekend news producer at the NBC affiliate in St. Louis. In the fall of 2023, I was also lucky enough to help launch "The Record with Mark Maxwell," which serves as a weekly political talk show for local politics. Prior to my work in television news, I worked at the Nashville PBS station, creating documentary style shorts and specials. In November of 2022 I was also humbled to learn that I received my first two Emmy nominations as an editor of Tennessee Crossroads and as a producer of Arts Break at Nashville Public Television. When I'm not producing, I keep busy by exploring museums, reading, and travelling to wherever my Southwest points will take me.
